Privas, our studio will give you easy access to all of Paris' most
enthralling places, day and night! Located on a pedestrian-only
street lined by restaurants, museums, shops, and other famous sites;
Tour D'Argent, The Louvre, and the Jardins of Luxembourg.
You will really feel transported into your own private Paris!
Your windows look into a quiet courtyard just outside the busy
streets full of people from all corners of the world navigating
and enjoying the narrow winding streets of the legendary Latin
Quarter. The studio gets plenty of light and sun. It was entirely
renovated in 2005 and comes with a full-size comfy bed, café-style
table & chairs and a kitchenette: coffee-maker, microwave,
fridge, dishes and glass wine. Bath and showers are clean and functional.
All comfort is provided, including hair-dryer, phone (with card)
and 24-Hours Internet cafe downstairs. The studio is clean and
well maintained by our managers, both available by cell phone.

Amenities: Phone, microwave,
dishes and wine glasses, refrigerator, coffeemaker, hair dryer in bathroom,
alarm clock, toilet paper and soap. There are a few tourists guide books. Linen
provided (bed sheets, pillows, pillows case and blankets). Our
studio is approximately 200 Square Feet.
Self-service Wash and Dry is located on Rue Des Carmes
or Rue Sainte Genevieve and Place Maubert.
Internet Café: Located at 53
rue de La Harpe (Open 24 x 7).

4, ligne 10, RER B, RER C.
