Terms and Conditions
1-Description
Apartments studios located in Paris, along with the furnished and appliances
in the apartments. A copy of an inventory of the contents and details
of the condition of premises shall be given to, and signed by, each
party upon the occupation of the apartment by the tenant.
2-Payment
50% down payment is due upon reservation. Balance due 1 month prior check-in
/ arrival date. The apartments' keys will be FEDEX to the tenants upon
receipt of balance or gievn upon check-in. (Please specify 1 or 2 sets
of keys).
3-Additional Cost
There is no additional cost, our rate are all inclusie. Please note that
cell phone provided work with calling card. Card are available to purchase
at any local newstand. 15 Euro or 30 Euro unit.
4-General Conditions / Insurance
The tenant agrees that he/she shall occupy the premises personally and
quietly. He or she shall not, for any reason, interfere with the gas,
water or electrical supplies in the rented premises. He or she shall
not, under any circumstances, sublet all, or part of, the apartment.
The landlord is not responsible for accident and theft occurred on
premise. Guest declares to be covered by his own personal insurance
against direct or indirect injuries that may occur in the premises.
He or She will hold the agency and the owner harmless against any claim
arising out of the contract. Guest's personal belongings left in the
properties during his stay cannot be insured by the agency or by the
property owner. We strongly recommend that guests take a special insurance
for this purpose.
5-Security Deposit
The tenant upon his occupation of the premises shall pay a security
deposit of $300 US Dollars. Security deposit is to protect the owners
who offer the opportunity to welcome guest in furnished properties. It
will cover any damage or loss of furniture, appliance or accessories;
or any damage on the apartment itself.
The security deposit will be used as a guarantee for the landlord in case
of any damage caused to the premises during the rental period, or for the
replacement of any contents found missing upon the departure of the tenant.
Unless there would be a claim, damage deposit is refunded within two weeks
after departure.
6-Check-in / Check out
Instructions to access our properties are sent to you upon reservation.
We either meet you at the apartment upon arrival; or mail you the keys
in advance. Check-in time is 2:00PM and checkout time is 10:00 AM.
However, if available, we'll be very happy to give access to the apartment
at any time convenient to you (between 8:00am and 7:00pm) same for check-out.
In this case, necessary arrangements will have to be made with us - both
for arrival and departure - at least two weeks ahead of time.
7-Weekly Cleaning
A weekly cleaning is included in the service when the length of the stay
exceeds a week. Manager upon check-in will confirm the Cleaning day
and time.
8-Cancellation
Except for deposit there is no refund for any amount already paid. |
