Nestled in a 14th-century building, steps from Notre Dame and
the river, our Saint Severin Studios give you easy access to all
of Paris' most enthralling places, day and night! Located across
famous church Saint Severin on a pedestrian street (Rue Saint Severin)
lined with restaurants, museums, shops, and other famous sites;
Tour D'Argent, The Louvre and the Jardins of Luxembourg.
Our studios are side-by-side on the third floor (second in France)
of a building that has only two apartments per floor, so you will
really feel transported into your own private Paris!
Both studios feature café-style tables and chairs. Private
baths and showers, clean and functional. Separate kitchenettes,
with 2 cooking plates, microwave, a fridge, coffee-maker, cooking
utensils and wine glasses. Sleep 2 to 3. Our studios are clean
and well maintained by our managers, both available by cell phone. |

Amenities: Phone, TV, two cooking stoves,
wine glasses and cooking utensils, microwave, refrigerator, coffee-maker,
hair dryer and a small iron. There are a few tourists guide books kept
around for guest use. Linen provided (bed sheets, pillows, pillows case
and blankets); toilet paper and soap; alarm clock; extra bed— foldable “pouf” to
sleep third person (or child). Each studio size is approximately 250
Square Feet.
Self-service Wash and Dry located on Rue Des Carmes
or Rue Sainte Genevieve and Place Maubert
Internet Café: Located at 53 rue de La Harpe (Open 24 x
7).
Metro: St Michel Notre Dame: ligne 4, ligne 10, RER
B, RER C.
Activities (on site or nearby): Shopping,
Fine Dinning, Live Theater, Cinemas, Museums, Sightseeing, Walking tours,
