century 67m2 (725 Square Feet) 1 spacious bedroom apartment situated in a residential street, with view on a large courtyard full of flowers. The space is divided as follows: 1 large bedroom with one double bed, one very large living and dining room with 2 separate beds, one bath room with bath and shower, separate toilets and a large kitchen.

Three large windows light up the apartment and a small window is in the kitchen. It is very quiet with a view of a typical Parisian courtyard (no noise at all), but sunny. The appartment is fully equipped with a TV, a DVD player, Radio, Tape, and CD players. The kitchen is separate and equipped with cooking utensils, a washing machine, tableware and cookware. In the bedroom and hallway there is plenty of closet space for your clothes and properties. There is a fixed phone line and also a cell phone availble, as well as an internet cafe just 2 blocks away. Last but not least: the apartment is very clean!

The area around Place de la Nation is getting more and more fashonable and full of life, with lots of restaurants and shops open late at night. You will find absolutely everything round the corner: baker, butcher, grocery, fruits and vegetables, newspaper, video location, etc.

The metro station Nation is one of the best in Paris with lines 1, 2, 6, 9, and the RER A: 5 minutes to Chetelet Centre Pompidou, 6 minutes to Auber where you have the Opera Garnier and the large shops as Galeries Lafayettes, Printemps, etc), 7 minutes to Champs Elysees. You also have bus 85 to Place de la Bastille, Quartier Latin and Saint Germain des Pres.
