Our studio Marais is located on Boulevard du Temple, walking distance
from Picasso Museum, the Louvre and its famous glass pyramid. It
is close to everywhere, from River Seine, Hotel de Ville, or Notre-Dame
Cathedral.
You will be surrounded by fantastic shops (Blvd Sebastopol, Rue
Etienne Marcel, Rue de Francs Bourgeois) Culture: Centre Pompidou,
le Louvre, Musee Picasso... Great restaurants, bakeries, Parisian
cafe and authentic food markets. You are next door to the famous
Hotel Murano, located on 13, Blvd du Temple, which can be seen
from your own windows! Hotel Murano is the hype hotel in Paris,
with room priced over 2000 euros a night! packed with celebrities
and le tout Paris; you know you are in a prime neighborhood!

Sunny and light with two large windows and a view on charming,
quiet courtyard; our studio is up three flights of stairs in a
historical 17th century building. Newly renovated with light wooden
floor and wall-to-wall mirrors. Tastefully decorated with a full
size bed, sleep 2 (a new mattress was put in January 2006) cafe-style
table and chairs, a fully equipped marble kitchenette with microwave,
two hot plates, coffee-maker and fridge. The bathroom is newly
tiled, clean and functional. Our studio is clean and well maintained
by our managers Tom and Nai both available by cell phone. All comfort
is provided.
Courtyard: If you are traveling during
the spring and summer months, you will enjoy our co-op courtyard,
where you can bring your own baguette, cheese and wine to picnic
on the garden's table and bench!
Amenities: Phone, microwave, dishes
and wine glasses. Refrigerator, coffeemaker, hair dryer in bathroom.
There are a few tourists guide books; alarm clock; linen provided
(bed sheets, pillows, pillow case and blankets); toilet paper and
soap. Approximate 200 square feet.
Self-Service wash and dry located on Blvd du Temple (make
a right when you exit the apartement). Great supermarket with gourmet
French food located on Blvd du Temple (make a left when you exit
the apartment). Plenty of lovely authentic shops, bakeries, butchers,
etc.
Internet Café: located on the
Boulevard du Temple.
Metro: Republique LIGNE 3, 5, 8, 9,
1.
